Fuck, drivers here are pissing me off. I flipped off some lady yesterday because the dumb cunt figured as she rolled up to the light that that would be a good time to turn on her signal light. Today there was some ancient lady driving a minivan 20 mph in a 40 zone.

Weather here is nice. It's currently 46°F (~8°C). It was slightly cooler yesterday but still nice.

That's about all for my quick update for today.

As promised, here are some pictures:

I should also add that drivers around here suck even more than they do at home. People can't figure out they can turn right on a red light nor can they figure out how to use their signal light for making that turn. There was something else I was going to rant about but that thought has escaped me right now....
Well, it's been quite some time since I updated this late. That's mostly due to not having an internet connection since the first week of December. Since that time, not much has happened really. I was home for Christmas from Dec. 17-26. Christmas was pretty good even though I wasn't able to afford better gifts like I could last year. I brought Teresa with me and the rest of my family was able to meet her. And our border crossing into the US was much easier which further helps my arguement that the previous border guard I dealt with was insane. We were at the border for 15-20 minutes this time across and I had much more stuff with me. Maybe having Teresa with me helped or maybe it was that I told them that I was going to be going back to do some work for my dad. Whatever it was, the guards still weren't friendly in the least but at least we got through easily without much hassle.

We've slowly been getting some wedding planning stuff together. Barb got our design for our invitations to work on. We met with a lady about doing the decorating for the hall. We think we've figured out which church we're going to use. I just need some clarification on the fiance visa stuff. The way I understand it, you file it 90 days before you get married but it could also be interpreted as filing it and having 90 days to get married so I'm somewhat confused on that issue. I have figured out who I want to stand for my wedding party as has Teresa. I just need to ask those people now :P I've also figured out what I'm getting the wedding party as a favour for standing.

In other news, my house still hasn't sold and nobody has even looked at it so I think my real estate agent sucks a fat testicle. A friend of my brother's may be interested in it so I'll have to see what happens with that.

I used some of my Christmas money to buy some European lights for the Neon to make some subtle changes to make it slightly less boring. I'm on the hunt for a console from a '00+ Neon and a shifter from PT Cruiser to make some changes to the interior. I have some LED turn signal mirrors for it that I have to put on. Those are kinda ricey but another subtle change for the exterior. The "Check engine light" came on over the holidays and mysteriously went out a few weeks ago so I'm glad I didn't have to fix that.

I have a job offer that I'd really like to take but 1) I'm not a citizen, 2) I'm not married yet, or 3) I don't have a work visa. It's not the best job being that I would be slinging tires again but the alignment tech is a friend of mine and the manager is pretty cool. Hopefully a job opens up there again after I'm married. I had another job I could paying cash but being it's a driving job, there's a lot of risk there.

I have some pictures that I'm going to be putting up in a gallery this afternoon so I'll post that later. Other than that, not much is new.
