Prices certainly weren't like that AT ALL in Tampa. I know you're saying it's for that area, but a lot of the time it's like you come off saying that everywhere the states is cheaper. Not the case at all. Go look at housing costs in Tampa, gas is higher, beer certainly is higher. It's different everywhere. Is basing where you want to live entirely off of how much it costs to live a good idea? While it's certainly something to consider, there's other things too, like employment opportunities, education opportunities, amenities, things to do, population, weather, the list goes on.

Yeah I shouldn't say that EVERYWHERE here is cheaper since that's definately not the case. Take Chicago for example. We went there and did some shopping for groceries. Stuff was more expensive everywhere. I guess it depends on the population or the wealth of the area. There's plenty of opportunity for work for me. See my post above that has 2 jobs for me already that I could take. There's a few education opportunities as well but I'll likely not use them since I can't afford them nor am I smart enough to complete the courses. The population is small but not small enough that there isn't anything to do. This area oddly enough has 3 police forces so crime is a minimal. The weather is much warmer than Saskatchewan as well. I can deal with the snow that falls here because it melts.
